The files I need are in four different folders and the clipboard holds one thing.
What you do now
Paste each one into a scratch document as you go, then copy the whole document.
What happens instead
Right-click each one as you find it. The menu bar holds them, and hands them over as @mentions your agent reads itself — or as the files themselves, with a token count.

The same thing from the terminal
The command and the right-click do the same job. The app is worth having because you do it where the files already are, without leaving Finder or typing a path. Both are free and MIT.
Download the appFree and MIT. Or
brew install avaluev/tap/chute
